My name is Joel Arndt. I’m your North Bay mortgage agent with Sherwood Mortgage group.
I specialize in helping first time home buyers, self employed folks, renewals and refinances.
The North is home. I was born and raised in North Bay and Mattawa. But I spent 7 and a half years in Hamilton, Ontario, as a marketing manager for a realtor team. Now I’m back up north, enjoying the fresh air.
Real estate has been a part of my life for years now, specifically real estate investing. Getting licensed to advise you on your mortgage was the next natural step for me.
It all comes down to personal freedom and family security. As Canadians, our homes and property give us the best advantage to build long term wealth. I know I want to leave my kids more than I came into the world with. And I’m sure you do too.
